I went there to buy lunch after reading the reviews. Scallops, prawn cocktails, and 2 fish pieces. Everything was cooked. Lovely prawns were huge. BUT it was all very greasey I couldn't eat it all as it was making me feel ill. If the oil had been changed it would have been lovely. Don't think I will go back even though the staff were lovely.

For the 8 years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never had a complaint, maybe sometimes the food wouldn’t be extravagant but they always make it up with their amazing customer service and friendliness. Lately I can’t find anywhere to eat that I would actually want to support so I always end up back here. The only place I know that still will take a bunch of coins and give you as much chips and gravy as they can with the amount of money you give them. So glad to still have at least one business like this around our area.

Exactly what a neighbourhood fish and chip shop should be. Consistent quality of food, fast service and always a treat. I would have to say their calamari and fish is probably the best in the Jervis Bay Area and reasonably priced. Hidden gem tucked away at Basin View.

Myself my partner Dee and my teenage kids have lived in basin view for years and Leashy’s Take away has always been a great place to pick up dinner on the way home from work or if we just don’t want to cook . The kids walk up to lunch on the holidays it’s so convenient . Leashy’s has constantly given us great service ,great food and friendly lovely staff. Always Highly recommended.

The burgers are great. Very consistent each and every time I’ve been there over 15 burgers in 4 years the burgers have been done well. Well priced and quick service.

BEST burgers on the south coast. If you are looking for a real burger (not frozen processed crap) this is the only place in the area that sells them and they are amazing. The potato scollops are delicious.

Down here on holidays and was a great option for dinner on the first night. Didn't have to search too far for a good pizza. Ratio of topping to base was great. Happy days.
